Pass it on or absorb it
Pass the service fee to the customer at checkout or absorb it into the ticket price, per ticket type. You have full control over what your customers pay and what you earn.
Add your own margin
Set a venue margin on top of the base price and Tickible calculates the customer’s total for you, processing included.

Card processing
Payments run through your own Stripe account.
Stripe charges its standard processing rates on each transaction. Those are Stripe’s fees, not ours, and they are the same whether you are on Tickible or not.
Stripe deposits each day’s sales into your bank about two business days after the sale. No waiting for the event to end. Your payout schedule is managed in your Stripe dashboard.
